Generator-Environmental Control Unit/HVAC Technician

About the role
The Generator‑Environmental Control Unit (ECU) / HVAC Technician will join Trace Systems at the Joint Training Center in Jordan, providing installation, maintenance and troubleshooting for environmental control units and generators that support SATCOM communications.
Key responsibilities
- Install, commission and test Environmental Control Units (ECU) for SATCOM equipment.
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance on generators and HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to ensure continuous power and climate control.
- Document work performed and maintain equipment logs.
- Travel up to 100 % to support mission requirements.
Required profile
- Active US Government Secret clearance (interim acceptable) and US citizenship.
- Minimum one (1) year of hands‑on experience with HVAC systems and generators.
- HVAC certification (required).
- Associate degree in Generator/HVAC preferred, or two‑year technical school degree, or 11 years of recent specialized experience.
