Geomarketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Geomarketing Specialist to establish and lead the geomarketing function. You will use location‑based analytics to generate insights that drive acquisition, retention and revenue growth for GSM, mobile broadband and fiber services.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer, revenue and network data to produce location‑based insights.
• Identify high‑potential, low‑penetration and churn‑risk areas across GSM, MBB and fiber markets.
• Develop and implement geo‑targeted strategies to support acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
• Prioritize areas for the outdoor sales team to improve conversion rates.
• Assess and optimise sales networks in direct and indirect channels.
• Monitor competitor presence and performance across regions.
• Create and maintain geomarketing dashboards, reports and performance‑tracking tools.
• Measure and report the impact of geo‑targeted initiatives on revenue and subscriber base.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales and technical teams to align geo‑driven initiatives.
• Continuously improve data, tools and methodologies, and integrate geomarketing insights into AI models and CVM campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, geomarketing or related disciplines.
