German Language Trainer

About the role

We are a fast‑growing AI and IT company looking for a skilled German Language Trainer to join our team in Irbid. You will deliver comprehensive German language instruction to learners of all levels, focusing on both everyday communication and professional business contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide German language training for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
• Develop lesson plans, learning materials, exercises, assessments, and practical activities.
• Conduct placement tests, monitor progress, and maintain training records.
• Teach practical communication skills, including speaking, listening, reading, writing, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
• Train learners in workplace German: professional emails, reports, meeting summaries, presentations, and client communication.
• Use interactive methods such as role‑play, real‑world scenarios, group activities, and assignments.
• Give feedback on fluency, accuracy, tone, and professional etiquette.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native German proficiency.
• Recognized teaching certification (e.g., Goethe C1/C2, telc C1/C2, ÖSD C1/C2, TestDaF TDN 4‑5).
• Minimum three years of language‑training experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in German, Languages, Education, Translation, Business Communication, or related field (preferred).
• Experience with adult learners and corporate training is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Strong command of German grammar, pronunciation, and formal written communication.
• Ability to design and deliver curriculum for various proficiency levels.
• Familiarity with business German, including email writing, documentation, and presentations.
