About the role
ONQOL is seeking a Senior Google Ads & Performance Specialist who lives and breathes data. You will lead paid‑media initiatives across multiple platforms while ensuring seamless tracking and optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Launch and manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat and other relevant platforms.
- Execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including on‑page, off‑page, and technical optimizations.
- Implement, troubleshoot and maintain Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Meta Pixel implementations.
- Set up and manage Conversion APIs for accurate tracking and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce compelling ad creatives.
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Provide detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven agency experience in digital marketing.
- Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, YouTube, Meta and Snapchat advertising.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools.
- Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel & Conversion APIs.
- Familiarity with landing‑page platforms.
- Analytical, reporting and problem‑solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
