Graphic Designer - AI & Creative

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer – AI & Creative to join our Marketing team remotely from Lebanon. The role supports CXG’s B2B and thought‑leadership initiatives by producing high‑impact visual content for social media, consultancy reports, presentations and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Create social‑media posts, carousels and graphics that reflect CXG’s brand identity, using advanced photo‑editing and colour‑grading techniques.
• Design layouts, infographics and visual elements for professional reports and thought‑leadership publications with Adobe InDesign.
• Develop visually engaging PowerPoint decks, turning data‑heavy material into clear, attractive slides for internal and external audiences.
• Generate unique, brand‑consistent imagery with AI tools such as MidJourney and integrate these assets into overall content strategies.
• Produce quick‑turn internal communication visuals that can be easily repurposed by other teams.
• Create vector‑based designs, SVG icons and illustrations using Adobe Illustrator.

Required profile

• Innovative, detail‑oriented and experienced in designing for global consultancy or luxury‑brand environments.
• Strong visual storytelling ability with a solid understanding of typography and layout principles.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fully remote setting.
