Graphic Designer – AI Hub (Cairo or Amman)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our AI Hub team serving the MENA region. Working closely with consultants, data scientists, and senior leaders, you will translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging content for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑impact PowerPoint decks for client presentations and internal use.
• Create infographics, diagrams, and layouts that simplify complex concepts.
• Integrate AI tools into the design workflow to produce or enhance visuals, illustrations, videos, and presentation assets.
• Support proposals, reports, and thought‑leadership pieces with consistent, high‑quality design.
• Develop branded assets in line with EY guidelines.
• Manage multiple requests and tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Occasionally produce short videos, motion graphics, or simple animations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in graphic or presentation design.
• Strong PowerPoint expertise with a focus on structure and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience creating motion content using After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Practical use of AI design tools to accelerate workflow and explore new ideas.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Comfortable working in a corporate or consulting environment and receptive to feedback.
