Graphic Designer – Branding & Marketing

About the role

Zero1Hundred is seeking a full‑time Graphic Designer to join its Amman office. You will create visual concepts that support branding and marketing initiatives for a diverse client base across the Middle East and North America.

Key responsibilities

• Develop logos, visual identities, social‑media assets, presentations and campaign materials that align with client briefs.
• Collaborate closely with strategists and account teams to translate strategic concepts into compelling designs.
• Prepare layout mock‑ups, production‑ready files and ensure consistency across digital and print touchpoints.
• Maintain and update brand style guides, typography systems and visual standards.
• Stay current with design trends, tools and best practices to deliver high‑impact creative work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, logo design and marketing projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience using Figma or comparable UI/UX design tools.
• Solid understanding of typography, hierarchy and brand voice.
