Group Marketing Manager

About the role

Responsible for developing and leading the Group’s overall marketing strategy across its portfolio of brands and branches, with a strong focus on commercial growth, brand positioning, customer journey, and measurable marketing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group’s annual and periodic marketing strategy and plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, in‑store, outdoor, PR, influencers and other channels.
• Establish and monitor clear marketing KPIs, campaign performance and ROI.
• Analyze sales, customer, market and campaign data to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor the customer journey across branches and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Ensure consistent brand communication and positioning across all Group brands.
• Manage the annual marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Oversee agencies, media partners, influencers and other external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in F&B, FMCG, Retail, Hospitality or multi‑branch businesses.
• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven decision‑making and ROI measurement skills.
• Leadership, communication, negotiation and budgeting abilities.
