Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. As a Growth Marketer you will own the acquisition engine, turning brand awareness into qualified leads and customers across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise growth campaigns on paid, SEO, outbound, referral and other channels.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers, scaling successful tactics.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting and automation.
• Build high‑converting landing pages and funnels, monitoring every step with data.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and strategic focus.
• Track, analyse and report performance metrics to inform future growth decisions.

Required profile

• Fast learner who can quickly master new channels or tools.
• Strong hunger to become a top growth marketer.
• Self‑directed, scrappy and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Analytical mindset with a love for data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑enhanced marketing tools (e.g., copy generators, audience targeting platforms).
• Hands‑on familiarity with at least one growth channel such as paid advertising, SEO, outbound outreach, content or lifecycle marketing.
