Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Genie9 is seeking a hands‑on Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to expand its user base, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue across web and mobile products. The role blends data‑driven analysis, AI‑enhanced workflows, and creative campaign management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, App Campaigns).
• Manage Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram, including prospecting, retargeting, audience and creative testing.
• Track and improve CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate and revenue using GA4, Google Tag Manager and Firebase Analytics.
• Identify SEO and Google Search Console opportunities to boost organic traffic.
• Create and optimise email marketing flows for engagement, conversion and re‑activation.
• Analyse the full customer journey from traffic to paid user and run A/B tests on ads, landing pages and offers.
• Explore new acquisition channels and scale proven tactics.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Codex) for research, content creation, reporting and automation.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on performance or growth marketing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, test new ideas and learn quickly.
• Good written and spoken English.
