About the role
The Guest Relation Officer supports the Front Office team at Grand Hyatt Amman, delivering courteous and professional service to maximise guest satisfaction in line with Hyatt standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
- Adhere to hotel emergency policies and procedures.
- Coordinate guest requests across all hotel departments and ensure proper follow‑up.
- Enter guest inquiries into the system and monitor their resolution.
- Handle guest enquiries promptly and forward unresolved issues to supervisors, ensuring follow‑up.
- Maintain confidentiality of all guest and associate information.
Required profile
- University degree.
- 0‑1 years experience as a Guest Relation Agent in a 5‑star hotel.
- Very good command of English.
