Guest Relations Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Guest Relations Supervisor supports the Front Office Manager in delivering exceptional, personalized service to all guests at Grand Hyatt Amman. This position ensures that guest interactions align with Hyatt’s global standards and contributes to the hotel’s reputation as a premier luxury destination.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional, and flexible service at all times, adhering to Grand Hyatt standards.
• Coordinate departmental activities, ensuring timely follow‑up on guest requests and comments.
• Log all guest inquiries in the system and monitor their resolution.
• Handle guest enquiries, report unresolved issues to supervisors, and ensure follow‑up.
• Perform billing and cashiering functions as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and associate information.
• Act in accordance with hotel emergency policies and, when needed, contact medical personnel promptly.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a Guest Relations Agent in a 5‑star hotel.
• Very good command of English.
• Valid work authorization for Jordan (Jordanian ID).
