Guest Services Associate – Airport Lounge & Transit Hotel

About the role

The Guest Services Associate is the front‑line representative of our newly launched airport hospitality operation, covering both an airport lounge and a transit hotel. You will ensure every traveller receives professional, efficient, and personalized service throughout their stay, from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other operational teams to guarantee a seamless experience.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of services, facilities, and promotions.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations with precision.
• Promote lounge and hotel services while identifying upselling opportunities.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Adhere to company policies, service standards, and safety procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is a plus.
• Previous experience in front office, guest services, hospitality, aviation, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
