Head of Marketing

About the role

avertra is seeking a Head of Marketing to own the brand and build an AI‑first marketing engine that drives growth. You will be responsible for turning a differentiated product portfolio into clear positioning, market awareness, and qualified pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, refine and govern avertra’s brand strategy, positioning and narrative across all touchpoints.
• Own the go‑to‑market narrative for the MiCustomer platform and Digital Experience Services, translating complex offerings into compelling stories.
• Partner with the CEO on bi‑annual master campaign strategies and quarterly marketing roadmaps, leading integrated multi‑channel demand‑generation programs.
• Manage content calendars, website oversight and KPI tracking for campaign performance and ROI.
• Lead the transition to an AI‑first marketing function, designing workflows, piloting AI tools and ensuring brand consistency at scale.

Required profile

• Proven senior marketing leadership experience, preferably in regulated, customer‑centric industries such as utilities or energy.
• Strong ability to simplify complex technology concepts into clear, market‑ready messaging.
• Track record of building brand equity and generating qualified pipeline through integrated campaigns.
• Experience collaborating directly with C‑level executives on strategic initiatives.

Required skills

• AI tools for content creation, personalization and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of SAP modernization concepts.
• Familiarity with Mendix low‑code development platform.
• Experience with digital experience platforms and multi‑channel marketing technology stacks.
