Hostess – Guest Service Support Expert

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Amman is seeking a Hostess to join its Guest Service Support team. In this role you will help create memorable dining experiences by providing attentive service, maintaining a clean environment, and supporting food‑and‑beverage operations.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation for guests.
• Assist kitchen staff and replenish service areas with necessary supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of workspaces, including floor and equipment.
• Handle guest inquiries and support smooth transaction flow.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards, and professional appearance.
