About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures the entire hotel, including rooms and public areas, is clean, safe, and welcoming for guests. This full‑time position at the Beach Club in Aqaba focuses on delivering a memorable hospitality experience through meticulous housekeeping.
Key responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to Marriott quality standards.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and stock housekeeping carts.
- Move throughout the property, lifting and transporting items up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Maintain safety protocols, follow company policies, and protect guest confidentiality.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks safely.
- Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication.
- Commitment to upholding quality standards and a safe workplace.
Required skills
- Proficiency in standard housekeeping procedures and equipment.
- Understanding of safety and hygiene regulations.
