Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Guest Environment Specialist)

About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures the hotel’s rooms and public areas are spotless, welcoming and safe for guests. Working on‑site at our Aqaba property, you will deliver a memorable hospitality experience through meticulous cleaning and attentive service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and replenish housekeeping carts.
• Handle linens, amenities, and supplies, ensuring proper stock levels.
• Follow safety, security and confidentiality procedures at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving and arranging objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform manual tasks safely.
• Commitment to high quality standards, uniform appearance and professional communication.
• Willingness to follow company policies, procedures and confidentiality guidelines.
