About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures every guest experiences a clean, welcoming environment throughout the hotel. This full‑time position involves maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of rooms, public areas, and supporting guest requests.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Stock housekeeping carts and supplies.
- Clean guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to Marriott quality standards.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and maintain confidentiality.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift and handle items up to 50 lb.
- Commitment to a safe workplace and professional appearance.
- Willingness to follow established housekeeping procedures.
Required skills
- Knowledge of standard housekeeping practices.
- Ability to follow company policies and quality standards.
