About the role

The Guest Environment Expert on the Moonlight Shift ensures that every guest experiences a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. Working in a dynamic hotel environment, you will be empowered to move freely across the property, respond to guest requests, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restock carts, and deliver amenities.
• Maintain safety and security by following all company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Uphold quality standards through regular inspections and attention to detail.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
