Hotel Guest Environment Expert

About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures that every guest space at Al Manara a Luxury Collection Hotel is immaculate, welcoming and aligned with the brand’s luxury standards. This full‑time, on‑site role blends routine housekeeping duties with proactive guest service to create memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, corridors, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restocking carts and delivering amenities as needed.
• Perform routine inspections to verify adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Handle light lifting, moving and arranging of objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient workflow and timely turnover.

Required profile

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, standing, walking and bending.
• Commitment to a safe workplace, confidentiality and professional appearance.
• Flexibility to adapt to guest needs and hotel priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high‑quality service.

Required skills

• Knowledge of standard housekeeping procedures and cleaning products.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull and place items up to 50 lb.
