Hourly Production Shift Positions – 1st & 3rd Shift

About the role

Seal‑Tite is looking for reliable team members to fill its 1st and 3rd shift production lines. The positions are hourly, on‑site, and involve working a set schedule to keep manufacturing operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Operate or assist with production equipment according to standard procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on the shop floor.
• Follow shift schedules: 1st shift – Monday‑Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm; 3rd shift – Sunday‑Thursday, 10:00 pm to 6:30 am.
• Report any equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production targets.

Required profile

• Ability to work the designated shift schedule consistently.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for following instructions and recording data.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
