About the role
The Housekeeping Attendant supports the Housekeeping and Laundry teams by coordinating guest requests, delegating tasks, and ensuring high‑quality service throughout the hotel. This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and uphold housekeeping and laundry standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Supervise daily activities, including room availability, master‑key control, and uniform/linen management.
- Process guest preferences from the CRM system and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Arrange special items such as flowers or embroidered linens for events.
- Conduct monthly Lost & Found audits and manage donations.
- Oversee document flow and personnel traffic within the department.
- Handle daily laundry releases, guest clothing services, and monthly expense closures.
- Provide coverage for Laundry Attendants during absences.
Required profile
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in laundry operations.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer‑service mindset.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team.
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
