Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to ensure our guest rooms and public areas are impeccably clean and welcoming. You will work as part of a dynamic hospitality team, delivering the IHG Way of Clean standards every day.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms daily, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming floors, dusting furniture and replenishing supplies.
• Sanitize high‑touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches and remote controls.
• Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, including corridors, elevators and public restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures, using cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment correctly.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests at all times.
• Support teamwork by attending daily briefings and training sessions.
