HR Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Operations Specialist to support key HR activities across recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, employee engagement, and day‑to‑day operations. This position offers the chance to grow within a dynamic HR team while making a tangible impact on the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing staff.
• Assist with junior‑level recruitment, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, and interview coordination.
• Validate payroll inputs such as leaves, allowances, deductions, and variable payments.
• Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and official HR letters.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, handling scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and HR communications.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
• Draft and issue HR documents such as appointment letters, salary adjustments, transfers, warnings, and experience certificates.
• Prepare, distribute, and analyse HR surveys (e.g., employee satisfaction, training needs).
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with the Kayan HR system.
