HR Trainee – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee to support our Talent Acquisition team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in core HR processes and the chance to develop a solid foundation in recruitment and employee services.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all relevant HR procedures to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Support day‑to‑day HR operations, including data collection, entry and documentation.
• Sort, organize and archive HR documents to simplify tracking and retrieval.
• Provide straightforward HR services to internal customers, addressing employee needs promptly.
• Handle NSSF and insurance related tasks.
• Comply with safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
• Assist in learning specific work procedures under close supervision.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student with an interest in Human Resources.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow established processes.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
