Implementation Specialist

About the role

The Implementation Specialist supports network deployment projects as the primary technical contact for on‑site technicians. You will troubleshoot complex issues, automate routine tasks, and ensure smooth project execution with accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical point of contact during project implementations.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
• Support WAN circuit turn‑ups and work with network technologies such as VLANs, OSPF, BGP, ACLs and VPNs.
• Collaborate with multiple vendors including Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto and Cradlepoint.
• Develop scripts and automation to improve efficiency.
• Maintain runbooks and processes in partnership with Engineering.
• Act as an escalation point for technical issues and track them in project documentation.

Required profile

• CCNA certification or equivalent experience.
• Fortinet NSE4 certification or equivalent.
• Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in WAN, telecom or Wi‑Fi environments (preferred).
• Process‑driven with good documentation and communication abilities.
