Implementation Specialist

About the role

The Implementation Specialist will act as the primary technical contact for network deployment projects, ensuring smooth on‑site execution, rapid issue resolution, and thorough documentation. Working closely with technicians and engineering teams, you will help clients scale their infrastructure securely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical liaison during project implementations.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
• Support WAN circuit turn‑ups and configure network technologies such as VLANs, OSPF, BGP, ACLs, and VPNs.
• Work with multiple vendors including Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cradlepoint.
• Develop scripts and automation to increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering to maintain runbooks and standard processes.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Track issues, maintain project documentation, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• CCNA certification or equivalent networking experience.
• Fortinet NSE4 certification or equivalent.
• Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience in WAN, telecom, or Wi‑Fi environments (preferred).
• Process‑driven mindset with excellent documentation and communication skills.
