About the role
Join the Human Resources & Administration department as part of the Grow Inclusive Internship Program for Persons with Disabilities. This paid 1‑to‑3‑month internship offers hands‑on experience supporting Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (IDE) initiatives in a professional environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support IDE initiatives, programs, and events.
- Coordinate IDE projects and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist internal communication activities related to IDE campaigns.
- Maintain documentation, records, and track outcomes of ongoing IDE programs.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve diversity, inclusion, equity, and employee experience.
Required profile
- Graduate or final‑year student with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
