About the role

The Income Auditor & Accounts Receivable Executive will ensure the accuracy of daily revenue postings and manage accounts‑receivable processes for Cloud 7 Residence Aqaba, a luxury waterfront residence in Jordan. This role supports the finance team by reconciling revenue streams across multiple outlets and maintaining clean financial records.

Key responsibilities

Verify and audit daily revenue postings from the Property Management System (PMS) and Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems for rooms, F&B, spa and other outlets.
Reconcile daily revenue reports against cashier summaries, folios and actual settlements (cash, credit card, city ledger).
Perform regular reconciliation of cash clearance and accounts‑receivable clearance accounts.
Match market‑segment postings and statistical records with system and production reports.
Review rate discrepancies and ensure completeness of financial data.
