Information Security Architecture Team Leader

About the role

The Information Security Architecture Team Leader will design, implement, and maintain the enterprise security architecture, ensuring robust protection of network and system infrastructures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high‑level and low‑level security designs, network maps, and architecture documentation.
• Plan and lead short‑term and long‑term cyber‑security projects, including due‑diligence follow‑up and gap remediation.
• Specify, coordinate, and oversee implementation of confidentiality, integrity, and availability requirements across networks and systems.
• Design and deploy new security controls such as centralized managed security services, context‑aware firewalls, software‑defined distributed firewalls, and mobile network security solutions.
• Perform security assessments for new projects and ensure high availability of deployed solutions (DDoS, APT, IPS, endpoint protection).
• Propose annual budget, manage procurement, and ensure continuous tuning of security policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• 5‑7 years of solid experience in information or network security within an enterprise environment.

Required skills

• Design of enterprise security architecture and network diagrams.
• Implementation of firewalls (context‑aware, software‑defined), DDoS mitigation, IPS, and endpoint security solutions.
• Experience with mobile network security and secure baseline configurations.
• Ability to conduct security assessments and manage cyber‑security projects.
