Infrastructure Manager – Assistant Vice President

About the role

Citi is looking for an Infrastructure Manager at the Assistant Vice President level to lead LAN/WAN and help‑desk administration across its global technology infrastructure. You will guide a team of professionals, ensure network reliability, and support the security and performance of critical systems that enable $5 trillion of daily transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for systems, applications, and network infrastructure, handling escalations and resolutions.
• Evaluate team performance, recommend personnel actions, and drive hiring, promotions, or terminations.
• Communicate inter‑dependencies across departments, products, and projects.
• Verify compliance with control and risk standards, and ensure adherence to security policies.
• Lead resource planning, budgeting, and procedural development for the Technology Infrastructure area.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for senior stakeholders and external partners.

Required profile

• Approximately 5+ years of experience in a technology role with people‑management responsibilities.
• Proven ability to operate with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of risk, compliance, and ethical standards in a financial services environment.
