Instructional Designer - E-learning

About the role

We are seeking an Instructional Designer to convert complex knowledge into engaging, measurable digital learning experiences. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and cross‑functional teams to build concise, impactful e‑learning content.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Subject Matter Experts to understand and structure complex content.
• Design learning paths, short lessons, practical activities, quizzes, and refreshers.
• Create scripts for short educational videos and define visual concepts.
• Develop assessments and knowledge checks to gauge understanding and retention.
• Work closely with UI/UX, AI video, and development teams to deliver effective digital learning solutions.
• Help establish a consistent learning methodology across factories, retail, academies, and future business units.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, or Digital Learning.
• Strong ability to simplify complex information.
• Excellent script‑writing skills for educational content.
• Good understanding of micro‑learning, quizzes, spaced repetition, and learning assessment.
• Fluent Arabic; good English is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
