About the role
We are expanding our insurance team and are looking for motivated Sales Agents to promote and sell our insurance products. The role is focused on identifying new prospects, building lasting client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through various channels.
- Promote and sell the company’s insurance products and services.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team growth.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self‑motivated with a target‑driven mindset.
