About the role

MetLife Jordan is seeking ambitious, self‑driven individuals to join its team as Insurance Sales Consultants. This is a 100% commission‑based position with no basic salary, designed for candidates motivated by performance, career growth, and unlimited earning potential. Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive three‑month training program before sitting for the Central Bank of Jordan licensing exam.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the three‑month training and pass the licensing examination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Manage and grow a personal client portfolio.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Deliver a professional, client‑focused experience throughout the sales process.
• Continuously update insurance knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile
