Insurance Sales Specialist

About the role

The Insurance Sales Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Jordan, responsible for promoting and selling MetLife life and health insurance products to both individual and corporate clients. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and guiding clients through the application and enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide customized insurance recommendations.
• Manage a sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Prepare and present proposals, and support policyholders with renewals, claims inquiries, and coverage updates.
• Collaborate with internal underwriting and servicing teams to ensure smooth policy issuance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in insurance sales, particularly life and health products.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build trust and guide clients through the insurance lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work with CRM or similar sales‑tracking tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field; insurance certifications are a plus.
