Integration & Backend Internship – Grow Program

About the role

Join Zain’s Technology & Digital Innovation department through the Grow Inclusive Internship Program for Persons with Disabilities. This paid 1‑3 month internship offers hands‑on experience in integration and backend development within a professional telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and sales requirements and translate them into services, applications, and solutions, integrating them with existing CRM systems.
• Maintain and develop Zain’s internal and external web services and APIs.
• Develop integration processes for Business Support Systems and Customer Care applications, including billing, provisioning, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Assist in coding, implementing, and maintaining relational database management systems, troubleshooting issues and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop and administer services using Microsoft .NET Framework.NET Core, Oracle PL/SQL, and related technologies.
• Monitor server and application performance daily, analyze deployed products, and report improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Graduate or final‑year student holding a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Computer Information Systems.
• Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to telecom‑focused integration projects.
