Interior Designer II

About the role

The Interior Designer II will support the design team from concept through construction documentation, working on mid‑to‑large scale projects for government, cultural and private clients. The role involves close collaboration with senior designers and the design manager to ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project concept designs, models and graphical presentations.
• Prepare detailed drawings, reports and BIM models while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate design efforts with architecture, civil, structure, MEP and other specialist consultants.
• Participate in design code reviews, material and system selection, and BIM execution planning.
• Mentor junior team members and manage smaller design teams as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design.
• Minimum 5 years of interior design experience, including at least 1 year in the GCC region.
• Strong understanding of design principles, project delivery and basic building codes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in BIM processes, implementation and workflows.
• Ability to develop and maintain high‑quality BIM models and documentation.
