Interior Designer III

About the role
The Interior Designer III will be involved daily in developing project design activities from early concept through technical design development to construction documentation. The role works under the guidance of senior designers and collaborates with project stakeholders to ensure high‑quality delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Adhere to project deadlines and maintain design quality standards.
- Prepare concept designs, presentation drawings, reports and BIM models.
- Coordinate design with architecture, civil, structure, MEP and other specialist consultants.
- Review code compliance, material and system selections.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to larger team management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Minimum 7 years of interior design experience, including at least 2 years in an IDIII role.
- At least 3 years experience working in the GCC region.
Required skills
- BIM process implementation and workflow management.
- Knowledge of building codes and compliance requirements.
