Interior Designer

About the role

IBEK is seeking a full‑time Interior Designer to join its Amman studio. You will create functional and aesthetic interior solutions for kitchens, bedrooms, dressing rooms and other residential spaces, working from concept through to installation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, layouts, mood boards and 3D visualisations for residential projects.
• Select materials, finishes, fixtures, hardware and lighting that meet client expectations and budget.
• Produce and review construction, shop and detailed joinery drawings in collaboration with engineers and production teams.
• Coordinate FF&E specifications and ensure design feasibility with architectural and building systems.
• Participate in client meetings, site measurements, site visits and monitor project progress during fit‑out.
• Maintain organised project documentation and stay updated on design trends and new technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in kitchen design, residential interiors or bespoke joinery.
• Strong understanding of space planning, architecture fundamentals and building systems.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
