Inventory and Logistics Lead

About the role

The Inventory and Logistics Lead will oversee all inventory control, warehousing, material flow and logistics activities for ELREHA Jordan, ensuring material availability for production and efficient logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily inventory and logistics operations, maintaining accurate stock records.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust to meet optimal stock targets.
• Ensure timely material availability to support production schedules.
• Manage warehouse functions including receiving, storage, handling and dispatch.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Work closely with Purchasing to replenish materials and components.
• Support supply‑chain planning by tracking inventory trends and material needs.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Finance and Purchasing teams.
• Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel tools for reporting and planning.
• Develop and lead the inventory and logistics team, fostering continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, warehousing or supply‑chain operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics or industrial sector.
• Strong communication, coordination and leadership abilities.
