IT Audit Associate – Audit & Assurance

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an IT Audit Associate to join its Audit & Assurance team in Jordan. You will work on both internal and external IT audits, applying Deloitte’s methodology and tools while developing a strong understanding of risk assessment and control environments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments and test/evaluate client records.
• Conduct internal and external IT audits using Deloitte’s specialist approach.
• Prepare audit documentation and apply computer‑assisted audit techniques.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with client personnel.
• Analyse audit documents and review client accounting, operating procedures, and internal controls over revenue and financial reporting.
• Provide recommendations to improve the client’s IT control environment.
• Plan, manage engagements and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and work‑plan specifications.
• Demonstrate practical exposure to AI tools and explain how they support audit outcomes.
