IT Infrastructure Supervisor

About the role

The IT Infrastructure Supervisor oversees the daily operation, maintenance, security and continuous improvement of the company's IT environment. Working closely with the IT Department Manager, this role ensures that all systems are reliable, performant and aligned with business continuity needs across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support Windows Servers, Active Directory, file servers, storage and virtualization platforms.
• Administer LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VLANs, VPNs and Internet connectivity; configure switches, routers, firewalls and access points.
• Implement IT security best practices, monitor antivirus, endpoint protection, backups and access controls.
• Supervise end‑user support for hardware, software, printers, email and mobile devices.
• Support SAP Business One infrastructure, ERP connectivity and related business applications.
• Maintain CCTV and physical security systems, coordinate vendor maintenance.
• Monitor backup jobs, test disaster‑recovery procedures and keep documentation up to date.
• Participate in infrastructure projects and digital transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems or network administration, preferably in a medium‑to‑large enterprise.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and with ERP systems (SAP Business One) is a plus.
