IT Project Manager – Applications

About the role

The IT Project Manager – Applications will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key healthcare IT initiatives at Kingdom University of Health Sciences. You will be responsible for implementing Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Student Information Systems (SIS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, ensuring they align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for HIS, SIS, and ERP implementations.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, administrators, IT teams, and vendors to align project goals.
• Lead deployment, configuration, and integration of target systems.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Organize training sessions and provide ongoing support to end‑users.
• Report progress, milestones, and outcomes to senior management regularly.
• Manage change requests and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing HIS, SIS, or ERP implementations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align IT projects to organizational objectives.
• Vendor management and negotiation experience.
