IT Sales Account Manager – B2B Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a motivated IT Sales Account Manager to join our team in Amman. The role focuses on generating new B2B opportunities, managing corporate accounts and delivering tailored IT solutions to enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Acquire and onboard new corporate customers while growing existing accounts.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Understand customer business and technical requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and presales teams to prepare quotations, proposals and respond to RFQs and tenders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Build relationships with IT managers, procurement teams and key decision‑makers.
• Coordinate with vendors and distributors as needed and keep accurate records of opportunities and forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong command of Arabic and English.
• Own a car and hold a valid driving licence.
• Target‑driven with proven ability to meet sales goals.
