IT Specialist (USN) – On‑site Secure Network Support

About the role

The Information Technology (IT) Specialist will provide on‑site installation‑level support, administration, and maintenance for secure and non‑secure networks and Command and Control (C2) systems at ASG‑J installations in Jordan. This position is contingent on the award of work and will support both military and civilian users in accordance with DoD policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide installation‑level IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for ASG‑J users and systems.
• Support secure (SIPR) and non‑secure (NIPR) LAN environments and C2 systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, authentication, and user‑access issues.
• Install, configure, operate, and document workstations, peripherals, and network devices.
• Assist with Information Assurance, cybersecurity, vulnerability‑management, and system‑compliance activities.
• Coordinate account creation, modification, and access with Government network and cybersecurity personnel.
• Maintain system, configuration, inventory, trouble‑ticket, and support documentation.
• Escalate network or cybersecurity issues to the appropriate Government support organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
