IT Support Engineer – Hybrid/Remote (Amman)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join a dedicated support team serving a leading international organisation. The role is based in Amman with hybrid/remote flexibility and offers the chance to develop technical skills while working with a global IT team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote IT support to end‑users, resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Act as an escalation point for complex issues and coordinate with third‑party vendors.
• Own tasks from initiation through resolution and communicate effectively via phone, email and virtual meetings.
• Follow IT service management processes, maintain accurate documentation and contribute improvement ideas.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly operational checks, monitor alerts and support IT projects.
• Assist with hardware lifecycle management, device deployment and endpoint security administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support, service desk or technical support.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
