Junior Accountant

About the role

The Finance Department of Network International Services Limited Jordan PSC is looking for a motivated Junior Accountant. You will help maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, manage payments and support fixed‑asset accounting in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts‑payable invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Handle accounts‑receivable invoices and record cash receipts.
• Reconcile vendor and customer statements.
• Execute electronic and manual payments in line with company policies.
• Maintain and update the fixed‑asset register, including acquisitions and disposals.
• Prepare month‑end journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and cash‑flow monitoring.
• Support internal and external audit activities by providing required schedules.
• Generate routine financial reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledge of AP/AR processes and fixed‑asset accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Understanding of Jordanian accounting regulations and basic IFRS.
