Junior Accountant (Remote)

About the role

PureLine is seeking a Junior Accountant to join its finance team on a full‑time remote basis. You will support the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate transaction processing, reporting, and compliance across its water‑treatment and related business units.

Key responsibilities

• Record and reconcile financial transactions in the general ledger.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and assist with audit documentation.
• Process payroll and support budgeting activities.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in month‑end close procedures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset for interpreting financial data.

Required skills

• Experience with accounting software; knowledge of NetSuite is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and general ledger management.
• Basic understanding of payroll processing and budgeting practices.
