Junior Automated Lifecycle Specialist

About the role

Equiti is looking for a Junior Automated Lifecycle Specialist to join its Marketing team in Jordan. You will design, build and optimise automated marketing campaigns and customer journeys that support the company’s fintech brokerage services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design, create and implement automated campaigns and customer lifecycles.
• Build and manage email marketing flows and automated journeys using the company’s Email Service Provider and other communication tools.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, using data to optimise future initiatives.
• Assist in developing customer segmentation strategies and targeted marketing efforts.
• Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns and workflows to improve effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with marketing regulations and best practices for deliverability.
• Support content creation for email marketing and company notifications.
• Stay updated on marketing automation trends and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer behaviour and digital marketing strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency in using an Email Service Provider (ESP) to build automated flows.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and customer segmentation techniques.
