Junior Commercial Accountant

About the role

CFI Financial Group is seeking a motivated Junior Commercial Accountant to support its finance team across multiple global offices. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work in a fast‑growing online trading environment and develop core accounting skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily reconciliations between trading platforms, banks, payment providers, and accounting systems.
• Monitor and reconcile client money balances.
• Investigate and follow up on reconciliation discrepancies.
• Prepare and record journal entries.
• Support month‑end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance, Treasury, and Operations teams.
• Assist with audit requests and provide required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in financial services or brokerage is a plus.
